    A person replies with the price.

    We read the file

    Material, thickness, and the cut path are checked before a price is sent.

    Cut in Osborne Park

    Waterjet, CNC, and printing at 52 King Edward Rd. Pick up from the workshop, or we arrange freight.

    Repeat the same file

    Send the same drawing again when you need another batch. Talk to us if the part has no file yet.

    Before you attach

    Most delays are file format issues, not part complexity.

    Which format should I use?

    For flat waterjet work, DXF or DWG with closed contours is ideal. CNC jobs often need STL or STEP. Send what you have and we will say if we need something else. Photos and marked PDFs can sit with the cut file.

    Is my file uploaded securely?

    The form sends your job details and filename to the workshop inbox. If the drawing is large, the reply may ask you to transfer the file. The enquiry still reaches the shop.

    How fast is the reply?

    Same business day for most files sent Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If a dimension is missing we will call or email.
